As we move through the new financial year and head into the festive season, we are excited to share some important updates and changes that we believe will enhance our services and support your business more effectively.
We have several important updates to share with you regarding our services and operations:
1. New Business Engagement Letters
We are excited to introduce new business engagement letters through Ignition. These letters will provide more detailed information about the services we have been engaged to complete. We will roll these out progressively over the coming months to all existing clients, and they will be regularly updated whenever you engage additional services.
2. Updated Invoicing Procedures
To improve our invoicing process, we will now invoice you at the completion of specific activities, including Business Activity Statements, software setup and support, income tax returns, and ASIC yearly compliance. This change aims to facilitate more timely invoicing and enhance cash flow management.
3. Quickfee Payment Options
We’d like to remind you about our new quickfee payment options. Simply click on the link on your invoice to explore these options:
Payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Payment by Credit Card – VISA/MasterCard (1.5% surcharge applies)
Using a QuickFee payment plan allowing you up to 12 months to pay
4. Team Update
After four years with us, our GST Manager Lauren will be leaving the firm to pursue her own Business. We want to assure you that we have welcomed Chanaye back on board, who will step into the role she previously managed. We are confident that Chanaye will continue to provide you with excellent service.
